  • Significant manual interventions in the processes led to leaking compliance adherence
  • Oracle application being used was out of support version hence immediate upgrade was required
  • Highly customized processes and system configuration leading to limitation in adopting standard newer functionalities

Results

38 gaps identified.4 gaps were roadblock to M&A process to complete were solved.

Business process and system adoption roadmap provided considering single business processes running across Singapore and Saudi operations.
